At PB Hair & Co, we take fraud seriously.

Orders flagged by Shopify as high risk of fraud will be not fulfilled. This includes:

• Suspicious payment activity

• Mismatched billing/shipping info

• Past dispute history

If an order is flagged, we may attempt to contact the customer for payment via Zelle. If there is no response within 3 days, the order will be canceled without a refund.
