Fraud Policy
At PB Hair & Co, we take fraud seriously.
Orders flagged by Shopify as high risk of fraud will not be fulfilled. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Suspicious payment activity
- Mismatched billing/shipping info
- Past chargeback or dispute history
If an order is flagged, we may attempt to contact the customer and offer an alternate payment method (such as Zelle).
If there is no response within 3 days, the order will be canceled without a refund.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
